The location near the Haram is fantastic, making it easy to access the holy site. I had a pleasant experience with some staff members who were helpful and welcoming. However, the rooms were quite small and could use a deep clean, especially the carpets.

I had a good stay at Crowne Plaza in Medina. The location near the mosque is fantastic The staff, particularly in the lobby, were friendly and accommodating. I found the room a bit cramped for my taste.

This place is just a few minutes from the Grand Mosque, which was super convenient. The staff were really nice and responsive. Loved how clean everything was! We had an awesome buffet for breakfast too. Just beware of transport costs. I got charged way too much for a taxi from the train station. Overall, great experience!
